This department works closely with Senior Appraisers with over 25 years experience and our staff appraiser that is a New York State Department of State Trainer. We customize our reviews to your specifications.

APPRAISER GRADING: Only the best stay on our panel. Each appraiser is rated on every report for quality, turn time and customer service. This report is made available to each client every month.

APPRAISER COMPETENCY: Orders assigned to qualified appraisers in the markets that they know and are competent to work in. Assignments are based upon zip code/town. No out of town appraisers doing your work.

FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE: Our office is fully staffed with full-time customer service representatives from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. No question is too small or too large. We will always be available to answer your call. Able to assist loan centers and client management staff with appraisal issues and questions.
